JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and monitor the quality, volume, construction progress;
• Participation and collaboration with selected investors and construction units;
• Acceptance inspection records, payment and settlement;
• Join engineering construction;
• Coordinate with the project managers, contractors involved in the work;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Specialized university building;
• Specialized university building;
• Proficient specialized software;
• 03 years experience in construction or structural monitoring, finishing the civil works;
• Knowledgeable about the regulations, decrees, circulars, laws related to construction;
• Skills to work independently or in groups;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Skills to plan, organize and supervise the work;
• Analytical skills, synthesis and reporting;
• Management skills in construction costs;
• Agile, honest, hardworking, careful, responsible for;
• Spirit inquisitive, always looking for opportunities to develop themselves, to withstand high pressure.
